The thing I like about this luggage is that it is available in really bright and fun colors – makes it easier to spot your bag on the carousel.

This collection includes three suitcases – a small carry-on and a medium and large check bag.

Unfortunately, none of these has the expandable capacity, and many bags have a volume of 91 litres, so they are not the most suitable option if you need some spacious luggage.

If you want to get a suitcase with a capacity of more than 100 litres, you will find opportunities in the next parts of this review.

These suitcases are provided with single spinner wheels that rotate smoothly and silently, so maneuvering this suitcase at the airport isa piece of cake, especially with a retractable wheel handle that locks in both the extended and stored position.

The three Forest Air suitcases are equipped with TSA-friendly locks, so you can confidently say that your belongings will always be safe.

There are two outer sections for any item you remembered at the last minute or just want to put to a different use.

One of these sections has a hidden zipper, so it’s pretty good for valuable items you want to keep safe.

You also receive a wheeled duffel; It is pretty spacious and great for road trips.

Additionally, the planetary luggage features a single spinner wheel and top, side, and bottom grab handles.

And here is the telescopic wheel handle, which locks in both extended and stored positions.

It’s very stiff, but it’s not ergonomic, so it won’t feel too comfortable in your hands.

The bag is very spacious and has several pockets for easy organization.

Also, the suitcase’s capacity is expandable, so you’ll be able to fit several kinds of stuff into it.

This luggage has double spinner wheels that are super smooth and quiet and a retractable wheel handle that locks in the extended position.

Wheel handle barrels are outside the suitcase, so they don’t take up much space inside the packing sections.

This is noticeable from the high internal volume of these suitcases.

Suitcases: Hardside Or Softside?

If you’re looking to take a suitcase, you must figure out whether you want a hard shell or a softshell one.

Soft Shell suitcases are better for people looking to stay organized and fit many items inside them.

They are generally lighter than hard shells and have a lot more pockets. But, they are not as durable as hard side suitcases, and I would not support them for air travel.

The soft fabric doesn’t have the best shock strength, and if the luggage is tossed around a lot, it can turn up on the carousel, looking like a deformed cake, which is not something you need.

So, if you want suitcases, especially for flights, go with hardshell luggage, as they are the most durable option.

It even depends on the materials – the American Tourister hard-side luggage features made mainly from polypropylene.

The material is not as durable as poly-carbonate, but it is pretty light. This means that as long as you don’t over-pack your luggage, there will be no problem with weight limits for portable and checked bags.

There is a poly-carbonate option for those of you who want extra-durable luggage.

American Tourister has many ABS synthetic luggage, but I chose not to include any in this article.

ABS is the cheapest and least strong material for hard sides, and I don’t think those suitcases are the good at all. So that’s why there aren’t any of them here.
